Remark: रामनगर भंधारपानी आमगडी भोरकोट रतौरा भुजान विशालकोटी जाइना रोची बिल्लेख राज्य मार्ग-71 (संदर्भित कि0मी0 63.200 से कि0मी0 63.400) के बीच काली पहाड़ी के पर स्थित है। यह भूस्खलन विस्तृत कोसी नदी घाटी में 29°30'57.13" उत्तर, 79°26'05.10" पूर्व और 29°30' 53.83" उत्तर, 79° 26'09.81" भूस्खलन क्षेत्र की ढलान मध्यम से बहुत खड़ी है और 210°-240° दिशा की ओर 65°-90° के कोण पर झुकी हुई है ऊंचाई में लगभग 50 मीटर और लंबाई में 372 मीटर है। काली पहाड़ी के पास मार्ग में क्रोनिक लैड स्लाइड जोन विकसित हो गया है, जिससे लगातार मलवा एवं बोल्डर गिरने से मार्ग अवरूद्व हो जाता है। इस मार्ग के ऊपर एम0डी0आर0 1 भुजान बेतालधाट मार्ग स्थित है, इस क्रोनिक लैड स्लाइड जोन MDR-1 भुजान बेतालधाट को भी भविष्य में खतरा हो सकता है। उक्त स्थान पर मार्ग अवरूद्व होने से यात्रीयो/श्रद्धालु-स्थानीय ग्रामीणो एवं स्कूली बच्चों को आवागमन में कठिनाईयों का सामना करना पड रहा है। जिस कारण यातायात के सुरक्षित व सुगम संचालन में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है। व दुर्घटना के कारण जान माल की हानि की संभावना भी लगातार बनी हुई है।

Remark: रामनगर भंधारपानी आमगडी भोरकोट रतौरा भुजान विशालकोटी जाइना रोची बिल्लेख राज्य मार्ग-71 (संदर्भित कि0मी0 63.200 से कि0मी0 63.400) के बीच काली पहाड़ी के पर स्थित है। यह भूस्खलन विस्तृत कोसी नदी घाटी में 29°30'57.13" उत्तर, 79°26'05.10" पूर्व और 29°30' 53.83" उत्तर, 79° 26'09.81" भूस्खलन क्षेत्र की ढलान मध्यम से बहुत खड़ी है और 210°-240° दिशा की ओर 65°-90° के कोण पर झुकी हुई है ऊंचाई में लगभग 50 मीटर और लंबाई में 372 मीटर है। काली पहाड़ी के पास मार्ग में क्रोनिक लैड स्लाइड जोन विकसित हो गया है, जिससे लगातार मलवा एवं बोल्डर गिरने से मार्ग अवरूद्व हो जाता है। इस मार्ग के ऊपर एम0डी0आर0 1 भुजान बेतालधाट मार्ग स्थित है, इस क्रोनिक लैड स्लाइड जोन MDR-1 भुजान बेतालधाट को भी भविष्य में खतरा हो सकता है। उक्त स्थान पर मार्ग अवरूद्व होने से यात्रीयो/श्रद्धालु-स्थानीय ग्रामीणो एवं स्कूली बच्चों को आवागमन में कठिनाईयों का सामना करना पड रहा है। जिस कारण यातायात के सुरक्षित व सुगम संचालन में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है। व दुर्घटना के कारण जान माल की हानि की संभावना भी लगातार बनी हुई है।
