This is to inform you that the approach road to Raksha Retreat was made by PWD . Even the continuation road to Bhimtal was made by pwd. By stating that this road belongs to Nagar Nigam is correct in facts but the road was made by PWD. By passing the buck it does not resolve the grievance. Please check your records. Why should the citizens of India suffer due to your internal politics. I shall bring ththis to the attention of the PMO office. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible
